1. Purpose

This Personal Data Protection Policy defines how Felix Technologies ApS (“Felix”) processes, protects, and manages personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law.

• Felix’s SaaS property management platform, and
• Felix’s property management services delivered through the same platform.
